Booking Conditions
Reservation Your reservation is confirmed once the required deposit payment (30%) has been received. The remaining balance must be paid until the arrival date as specified in the booking confirmation.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request depending on availability.
Maximum Occupancy
The estate accommodates up to 4 guests or 4 adults + 1 child. The complex is rented exclusively to one group of guests.
Minimum Stay
A minimum stay requirement may apply depending on the season.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- Free cancelation is available up to 14 days before arrival.
- For cancelations made less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
House Rules
- Smoking is not allowed inside the houses
- Pets may be allowed upon request and prior approval by the owner
- Parties are not allowed
- Please respect the property and the peaceful surroundings
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
To respect the peaceful surroundings and neighboring properties, guests are kindly asked to keep noise to a minimum during the afternoon siesta hours (15:00 – 17:30) and at night (23:00 – 07:00)
